摘 要:We have performed a survey using magnetotellurics at Catalca region on northwestern Turkey by the aim of investigating main features of the study area especially the Catalca *** collected magnetotelluric data at 9 stations on a single southwest-northeast *** the beginning of the process we checked the dimensionality of the data by the phase tensor ***,Groom & Bailey’s decomposition method was used to remove the distortion effects from the data and obtain a precise geoelectrical strike *** after,to obtain electrical resistivity depth models we used the algorithm developed by Ogawa and Uchida which uses ABIC and handles static shift effects during the inversion process.
