摘      要:Ophraella communa is originated in North America and feeds on Ambrosia *** of cold hardiness of *** in different geographical environments,the supercooling point(SCP) and water content(WC) in adults of four geographical *** populations(***,Wuchang,Mluo and Nanchang populations) were determined in the *** results showed that the highest temperature of supercooling point was observed in Fuzhou population,with the value of -11.67℃,and the lowest was noticed in Wuchang population,which was -15.1467℃.No difference was observed in SCPs between Nanchang population and Miluo *** content in Fuzhou population reached a maximum among four different populations,of 73.41%.However,SCP and WC were not significantly affected by *** on the results of this experiment,cold-hardiness of O. communa might be significantly affected by geographical environments.
