Isolation of mannase-producing strains and their application on flax-degumming

摘      要：Flax retting with bacteria addition can accelerate the retting speed and improve the fiber quality. During the flax retting, two mannase-producing bacteria were isolated and identified. The fermentation conditions of the two strains were also optimized subsequently. The enzyme-producing activity and application of one strain in the flax retting were discussed.
