摘 要：The establishment of plant regeneration *** this experiment,the stems of the grey popla(rPopulus × canescens Sm.,a hybrid of Populus tremula L.× Populus alba L.;clone B1-714) aseptic seedling were used as *** the screening of six different rooting media,we successfully established the optimum rooting medium R6(1/2 MS + vermiculite),the regeneration rate,rooting rate and survival rate all reached 90%.The study of plantlet rooting culture would thus lay a solid foundation for the industrialization of grey poplar.
