摘 要:正 The effect of earthworms (Eisenia fetida) in decreasing the concentration of herbicide (Dymron) in soil was investigated in order to verify the ability of earthworms to remediate soil systems. The experiments were performed using two kinds of soil: an artificial soil and an agricultural soil obtained from a field. For both of the soils it was found that the decrease of Dymron concentration was larger in the soil containing earthworms than the soil without them. The activity of the earthworms significantly shortened the half-life of Dymron in the soils. Accumulation of Dymron in earthworm bodies was not observed. The validity of earthworm for remediating soil contaminated by Dymron was shown.
