摘 要：Most of counseling centers in Beijing universities belong to the student work department. The student work department is responsible for management and full-time counselors are responsible for detailed work, including counseling, attending classes, doing researches, giving lectures, training college instructors and so on. The proportion of counselors to the students is from 1￡o5000 to 1￡o3000.
