摘      要：正From Arabidopsis T-DNA insertion mutagenesis population, we selected a semi-dominant mutant named wo, with some phenotype that always connected with auxin signal faults, such as lack of apical dominance, cup-like shoots and poorly lignin synthesis. We have cloned the URO （up right rosette） gene. Computer predicts that it is an unknown transcription factor with a C2H2 zinc finger domain. As the proof that URO gene connected with auxin signal pathway, it can promote the auxin response
