摘      要:正The rolling force model and energy calculation equation for 20CrMnTi steel are constructed based on practically measured data and theoretical math *** the practical production,the heating temperature of 20CrMnTi steel is lowered from 1150℃to 1050℃,and in consequence,the total energy consumption is reduced by 5.81%.Moreover,the mill and motor abilities are still met and the rolled goods’ properties and surface quality are still ***,energy saving is successfully realized.
