摘      要:The present study was designed to evaluate the antioxidant activities of Hemp seeds oil(HSO ) in vivo and in *** radical scavenging system was adopted to evaluate the kinetic indexes of the methanol extracts from *** concentrations of HSO(1.365、2.73、8.19g/kgBW) were intragastrically administered to ICR mice for 30 days,the total body gamma irradiation(Co) was used to establish the mice model of peroxidation *** the normal control group and irradiation model group without HSO interference were *** the third day after irradiation,MDA contents and SOD activity in mouse serum and tissues were *** extracts from HSO had strong effect against free radical in *** intervention of HSO can effectively reduce the MDA contents and increase the SOD acvtivity in ***,our results show that HSO has strong antioxidant effect both in vitro and in vivo.
