摘      要:正The CAD-based design model is critically important for the finite element modeling and the shape design optimization with a parameterization method. In this paper, a parameterization method of finite element modeling for the shape design optimization using the AutoCAD/MDT is presented. The proposed method will allow the design engineer to build a parametric model for finite element analysis and shape design optimization. When the design parameters are changed, the mesh generator will be evoked to update original mesh or re-mesh the new design model, meanwhile, the attribute data such as loads, boundary conditions, material properties, and etc. will be recalculated to adapt to the new model. The emphases of this paper are put on the research and implementation of following points, (i) A CAD-based design parameterization technique that ties the finite element modeling system and a dimension-driven CAD tool, (ii) The deep access method to the database of the software package AutoCAD/MDT, such as B-rep date structure, (iii) To integrate the mesh generator with the AutoCAD/MDT;(iv) Parameterization of finite element modeling that supports the updating of structural geometry in AutoCAD/MDT.
