Synthesis of Some New Enamine-type Quaternary Ammonium Compounds

摘 要:正The Stevenes rearrangement of nitrogen ylide was one of the most important methods for constructing quaternary carbon in the synthesis of heterocycle *** as we showed in Scheme 1, we did not get the expected quaternary ammonium compounds 3a-3c (the precursor compound of Stevenes rearrangement), however we gained the enamine-type quaternary ammonium compounds 4a-4c and 5b-5c in the yield of 95% and 5% respectively. The compounds 4a-4c were some new enamine-type quaternary ammonium compounds which were formed by the sequential deprotonation and O-alkylation of precursor compounds 3a-3c. Such reaction was never
