摘 要：Objective:To investigate the prevalence of two SNPs sites(rs1495960 and rs9437983) in the intronic region of gap junction protein-alpha 8 (GJA8) gene,which encodes connexin 50,and determine whether these two polymorphisms are associated with senile cataract in a Han population of Hubei province.
