摘      要:正Objective To identify the classical protein kinase CbetaⅡ(cPKCbetaⅡ)- interacting proteins involved in hypoxic preconditioning(HPC) and explore its changes in middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO) induced brain injuries of *** Using our established HPC and MCAO mouse models,we applied the techniques of immunoprecipitation, two-dimensional electrophoresis and mass spectrometry to identify cPKCbetaⅡ-interacting ***-PAGE and Western blot were used to analyze the changes in protein phosphorylation and expression levels in HPC and MCAO. Results We found that collapsin response mediator protein-2(CRMP-2) could be coimmunoprecipitated with cPKCbetaⅡ,and the protein expression of CRMP-2 interacting with cPKCbetaⅡincreased significantly in the cortex of mice after *** phosphorylation level,not protein expression,of CRMP-2 decreased significantly after cerebral ischemia and partially be turned over by *** These results suggested that cPKCbetaⅡ-CRMP-2 pathway was involved in the neuroprotective effects of hypoxic preconditioning on cerebral ischemia.
