摘 要：Background/aims The aim of this study was to investigate the characteristics of tyrosine-methionine-aspartate -aspartate(YMDD) mutation and analyze the codon usage pattern of YMDD variants in patients with lamivudine(LAM) -resistant chronic hepatitis B(CHB).Methods 514 CHB inpatients and outpatients from our hospital with confirmed genotypic resistance to LAM were enrolled in this study between 2008 and 2012.
