摘 要：正The rbcL gene was amplified and analyzed for the conchocelis phase of six species of Porphyra from *** sequences were subjected multi-alignment and edited by the software BioEdit before manually counting the different bases between sequence. The distance matrix was caculated based on the edited results and phylogeny trees
