摘      要：正 This paper develops a Markov chain model for the management quality of Chinese A share listed companies. We use the data during 1998-2003 years to estimate the parameter of this model and forecast the management quality of Chinese A share listed companies in the future. Then we put forward the policy suggestions based on the results of the model.
