摘 要：正Background and Objectives: Pharmacologic enhancement of serotonergic transmission by serotonin uptake inhibition has been suggested as one approach to improve upper-airway patency. To test this hypothesis, we performed a double-blind pilot study testing the effect of paroxetine on upper-airway size and collapsibility using dynamic imaging technique.
