摘 要:TIR1 protein which is an auxin receptor plays a crucial role in auxin signalling transduction pathway. Cotton is the most important natural fiber crops in the *** analysis of GhTIR1 gene which is an auxin receptor gene, not only contribute to understand the effects of TIR1 protein, which is an important component of auxin signal transduction pathway,on cotton ovule/fiber development, but also to provide a theoretical reference concerned understanding the molecular mechanism which the effects of auxin on the cotton ovule development.
