The Failure Analysis of Radiation Tube for Heater of 200000t/a Propane De-bitumen Equipment

摘 要:正The failure of radiation tube for heater of 200000t/a propane de-bitumen equipment was taken place in 25/09/96 by a suddenly tongue of flame when just working again after *** workers bum, heater out of shape and some of meters broken were caused by the failure. The investigated results showed that cracks or strength lowed caused by the decrease of tube thickness because of corrosion lead to the leaking of propane was the mainly reason of the *** corrosion medium was naphthenic acid and high temperature *** can be verified that the combined corrosion of the two medium take place at temperature 220~400℃.The first reason is the naphthenic acid corrosion,the second reason is high temperature sulphur corrosion because the temperature of tube is about 350℃ at most *** was taken place in inner of tube and can be continued because corrosion production dissolves in oil. The calculated results showed that the maxium corrosion rate can be reached to 1.0mm/*** repaired ways were made based on the analysis results mentioned above and technique procedure in order to resistant the failure taken place again and Keep the heater running normally and safe production.
