摘 要:Some kinds of capacitance electrode systems are considered for determining the volume fractions of gas/solid two-phase flow.A well known analysis technique called finite element method(FEM)for the calculation of electric field distribution is introduced to simulate the different structures and configurations of the capacitance transducers and investigate the homogeneity of sensitivity *** considered electrode configurations will include surface plates with straight lines including a pair and multi-pair electrodes,staggered surface plates and helical shaped surface plate electrodes,which are also optimized respectively with respect to sensitivity and flow regime independence in order to make a comparison of the above capacitance sensors and find the optimal electrode configuration that insensitive to flow patterns variations.
