摘      要:Objective CyclinD1 is a D-type cyclins synthesized and binds CDK4 and CDK6,which prompts cells to enter the G1 *** studies have been done on the relationship with the cyclinD1 with *** aim to investigate the effect of knockout of cyclinD1 on proliferation and the cell cycle of neural stem *** The NSCs from the cyclinD1 mouse were isolated by microdissection and mechanical blowing and cultured with serum-free suspension *** proliferation of neural stem cell was identified by stem cell cloning efficiency and MTT *** cell cycle of neural stem cell was measured by flow *** Cloning efficiency and the average OD value by MTT assay of the cyclinD1 mouse were significantly less compared with hemizygous and wild *** analysis showed that the cells were arrested in G/G phase with the index of cells in G/G *** Knockout of cyclinD1 inhibited the proliferation of neural stem cell and the cells were arrested in G/G phase.
