摘 要：正Based on a set of low background HPGeγspectrometer,this paper employs Monte Carlo method to investigate passive efficiency calibration method,and a set of passive efficiency software which is suitable for HPGeγspectrometer of same coaxial type has been developed,scale of energy calibration is 0-10 *** transport comparison and experimental confirmation have been done to evaluate results of passive efficiency *** shows that the calibration results of passive efficiency calibration software are accurate and reliable,which exhibit relatively highly practical value.
