摘      要:In our previous work, reactive extraction using di(2-ethylhexyl) phosphate acid(D2EHPA) has been successfully used for the separation of 4-Hydroxylpyridine(4HP) from the aqueous solution. This study investigates the separation of 4HP by synergistic extraction. Several factors including the extraction agents,p H value,the concentrations of co-extractant and 4HP, which influence the co-extraction of 4HP are also studied. The obtained results suggest that the co-extractant of D2 EHPA and tri-n-butyl-phosphate(TBP) could more effectively be used to extract 4HP. Optimum conditions of synergistic extraction are obtained as follows: the molar ratio of D2 EHPA to TBP(Rs) is 2:1, the aqueous equilibrium p H is found to be one of the key factors that sharply affect the distribution ratio(D)values and the best p H is 4-4.8. Moreover, the extraction mechanism is analyzed by the Fourier infrared spectrum, and it is found that the reactive extraction of 4HP by D2EHPA+TBP is mainly driven by two mechanisms: the ionic association synthetic salt and hydrogen bond association.
