摘      要:Objective:The purposes of this study are to elucidate molecular mechanisms of carcinogenic effects of cadmium chloride(CdCI2) and to screen for suitable biomarkers through the study of differential effects of CdCI2 malignant transformed ***:Model of CdCI2 induced malignant transformation of human bronchial epithelial cells(16HBE) was performed previously and published *** of cDNA sequences were established. Gene expression data were obtained through high through put *** gene expression was evaluated by Go functional analysis and Pathway ***:Go functional analyses revealed that differential gene expression affecting cellular structure and biological processes were proportion to the Cdinduced gene *** analyses showed that genes that are related to cell cycle,oxidative phosporylation,Pathways in cancer,small cell lung cancer and DNA replication were significantly altered in transformed and carcinoma *** gene expression in cell cycle,DNA replication and tumor formation was parallel to the cellular transformation induced by ***:The amount of differentially expressed genes was proportional to the CdCI2 exposure *** the increase in severity of CdCI2induced toxicity,magnitude in differential expression of cell cycle,DNA replication and tumor formationrelated genes were also amplified.
