摘 要：Attempts to reconstruct phylogenetic trees in ammonoids are known since the last part of the 19th century. From this time onward two types of data are used to resolve ammonite phylogenies:(1) the stratigraphic succession of taxa, and;(2) morphological shell similarities. In the majority of available phylogenetic studies, authors constrain morphological data according to the stratigraphic distribution of taxa (Donovan et al., 1981).
