摘      要:正 This paper focus on the problem of the delay-dependent stability of linear systems with multiple time-delays. A new method is first presented for the systems with two time-delays, in which some free-weighting matrices are given to express the relationships between the terms in the Leibniz-Newton formula. In addition, the equivalence between the systems with two identical time-delays and the systems with single delay is shown, which overcomes the conservatism of the previous results. Next, a numerical example is used to demonstrate that the criteria given in this paper are effective and are a significant improvement over existing ones. Finally, the basic idea is extended to a system with multiple time delays.
