摘 要:正Up to now,many neural coding theories have been proposed,such as rate code,temporal code,population code,***,many of them contradict with each *** think that theoretical consideration is the basis to judge which proposal is more *** criteria are required for assessing neural coding *** the paper,four obligatory conditions are *** of all,we give the hypothesis that human’s neural system works in the ordered space,based on which the conclusion that neural coding takes the form of spike neural sequence can be drawn by computational analysis on the neuron ***,the signal process for the neural network in olfactory system is *** strength of various odors sensed by olfactory sensory neuron can be read directly from the output spike sequence of the mitral ***,what surprises us is the discovery that only single neuron is needed to perform Doppler measurement for the biological sonar system of bat,dolphin and *** implementation of echo-location requires one single neuron also,with high discerning *** other words,the subtle variation of Doppler signal or the small change of the sounding position can be discovered in high resolution from the output spike sequence of one *** spite that our theory has not been verified experimentally,it provides a new viewpoint.
