摘 要:Series of(Z)-4-oxo-4-(arylamino)but-2-enoic acid derivatives were synthesized. Their structures were characterized by NMR spectrum. The results showed that cis-structure were the main products, which exhibited the C=C double bond was on the both sides of carbonyl groups in all compounds. The anti-biological activities were tested against gram positive bacteria and gram negative bacteria by MTT method. The results showed that these compounds had a certain antibacterial effect. Also according to anti-biological activities results, the inhibitory effects of these compounds were different, as for, the different substitution group on the aromatic ring in the same location and the same substitution group on the aromatic ring in the different location.
