Heterojunction Photocatalysis of ZnSe on F and N doped Nano-scaled TiO2

摘 要:High quality nano-scaled fluorine and nitrogen co-doped anatase phase titanium oxide can be obtained from the conversion of ammonium oxotrifluorotitanate by thermal treatment. The photocatalytic activity of titanium oxide treated at 800℃ shows the highest photocatalytic activity and is about 1.3 times of commercial P-25. The heterojunction of zinc selenide/titanium oxide prepared by metal organic vapor phase epitaxy shows 2.0 times the photocatalytic activities of commercial P-25. In this study, both nano-scaled titanium oxide and zinc selenide/titanium oxide heterojunction show one to one correspondence between carrier lifetime and photocatalytic activity.
