摘 要：正In order to find proper culture and preservation conditions of biocontrol agent for the blue stain of coniferous woods, albino strain of Ophiostoma quercus, which had been selected as a effective biocontrol agent in the previous work, was cultured in 8 liter fermenters with liquid culture media, freeze-dried, and stored at room temperature, refrigerator, and liquid nitrogen.
