摘 要：The modern world is built on the strength and reliability of iron, mainly in the form of steel. We currently see an unprecedented demand for these products, primarily in Asia where countries such as China strive to meet significant growth in urbanisation and industry. To satisfy this demand these countries are rapidly increasing their steelmaking capacity within numerous environmental,technological and capital restraints.
