摘 要：正The basolateral amygdala is a brain region with critical roles in emotional control and fear *** understand the basolateral amygdala physiology and pathology,it is important to study its synaptic transmission and ***,technical difficulties exist in dissecting basolateral amygdala *** overcome this problem,we have developed a novel dissection procedure in which we can gain the basolateral amygdala ***,we describe a reliable method to prepare primary cultures of P0 rat basolateral amygdala *** of cultures can take as little as 2 *** can be maintained for as long as 2 *** neurons survived better and showed healthy ***, the present study suggest that primary culture of the basolateral amygdala neurons is a powerful tool to study neuronal synaptic transmission and modulation.
