摘      要：Through the reaction Te(F,4n) at a beam energy of 90 MeV,the high-spin states of Pm have been *** excited energy of previous level scheme has been updated from 5337.5 to 7353.1 Kev. Many new levels and transitions were identified in this *** collective bands in high spin states were newly *** collective band was considered as decoupled band,and the possible configuration for the collective band was *** of the collective bands should be proposed as oblate bands,the others were oblate-triaxial bands.
