摘      要:正 Cosmic rays is one of the most important components in aerospace, which could be used to induce mutation in plants. However, little is known about its damage effect to DNA sequence. In this study, mixed high-energy particles generated by accelerator were used to simulate secondary cosmic rays (CR), and the damage effects of plasmid DNA were preliminarily analyzed. PUC18 plasmid DNA was prepared and irradiated by mixed high-energy particles generated by accelerator to simulate secondary cosmic rays (CR), including pion meson, muon, positron, electron, photon and proton, with the dosages of 68Gy, 128Gy, 190Gy, 248Gy and 518Gy.
