摘      要：Calcium-dependent protein kinases(CDPKs)are a kind of Ca-regulated serine/threonine protein kinases in plants and play an important modulating role in multiple signal transduction *** hupehensis *** highly capable of resisting of environmental stresses.A full-length cDNA designated as MhCDPK encoding a calcium dependent protein kinase(CDPK)gene was cloned from *** leaves and its expression was studied under the stress of PEG and NaCl.
