摘 要：Allelopathic phenomenon has been defined as that produced mediated by secondary metabolites released by one species to influence to the development of other species. These natural products exhibit a diversity of biological activities. But, they can suffer physical, chemical as well as microbial degradation. This microbial degradation can be produced by a wide variety of fungi and other microorganisms. Sometimes the degradation products are as active or even more than the original released compounds.
