Genetic diversity between mulberry cultivated and wild species by ISSR and SSR markers analysis

摘 要:正 In this study,inter-simple sequence repeats (ISSR) and simple sequence repeat (SSR)markers were used to investigate genetic diversity of 27 mulberry accessions including 19cultivated accessions (six ***,three ***,two ***,two ***,one ***,two ***,one *** ***,one *** ***,andone *** ***) and 8 wild accessions (two ***,two ***,two ***,one *** and one ***).ISSRs and SSRs were compared in terms of theirinformativeness and efficiency in a study of genetic diversity and relationships among 27mulberry *** presented a higher level of polymorphism and greater *** index of genetic diversity both markers indicated that within wild species had highergenetic diversity than within cultivated *** mean genetic similarity coefficients betweenmulberry cultivated and wild species ascribed by ISSR and SSR matrices were 0.7677 and 0.6131,*** all markers a high similarity in dendrogram topologies was obtained althoughsome differences were *** analysis of ISSR and SSR using UPGMA methodrevealed that the wild species are genetically distant from the domesticated species studied *** correlation coefficients of similarity were statistically significant for both marker *** coordinates analysis (PCA) for ISSR and SSR data also supports their UPGMAclustering.
