摘 要：正The arable dynamic balance is a system of basic farmland protection in new《Land Management Law》.The traditional method is based on present situation map and completion drawing that were completed in paper maps and so on,using conventional tools complete land of dynamic balance review,With positioning difficult,measurement difficult,record difficulty disadvantages and inner calculation is not easy,*** on the theory of H-Star technology of Trimble GeoXH handset and concrete work practice in Liaoning province,the paper describes the application of the Trimble GeoXH handset and procedure into the process of dynamic balance projects in LiaoNing *** sophistication of H-Star technical makes the use of Trimble GeoXH handset in dynamic balance has significant advantages:Easy to carry and Field operation simple make field personnel can get high precision positioning in a very short time,reducing labor intensity, shorting field work time,obviously improving the efficiency of field work;According to actual conditions,we evaluate the positioning accuracy of Trimble GeoXH handset,It’s far to meet the requirements of surveying technology in the checking of dynamic balance of arable;Using written calculation procedure greatly improves the computational efficiency of office work,operation time greatly curtailed In office *** using of both make dynamic balance project greatly improved efficiency of office work and field work,Not only meet the requirements of surveying technology in checking of dynamic balance,But also for formulating unified《surveying standard in the checking of arable dynamic balance》provide a reference.
