摘 要：The crisis management of agricultural products quality safety is a complicated system. Crisis management system of agricultural products quality safety has complex characteristics in aspects of elements, subject, links and influence, and includes prevention subsystem, early warning subsystem, control subsystem, processing subsystem, evaluation subsystem and recovery subsystem. Crisis management system is divided into three levels such as prior management, progress management and post-management, and is in the legal environment, institutional environment, social environment and technological environment. On this basis, this paper put forward practical tactic for advancing system construction of crisis management system of agricultural products quality safety from the dimensions of overall optimal, Three taken into account and Multi-subject involvement.
