摘 要:正A new transflective liquid crystal display (LCD) based on patterned polarizer using photoalignment technique has been *** consists of two optical modes:optically compensated bend (OCB) and low twist nematic modes,which have the same cell *** no double cell gap structure is included in the configuration,the fabrication process could be sim- pler compared with conventional double cell gap transflective *** the help of photoalignment technique,patterned polarizer could be obtained and domains for OCB mode and low twist nematic mode could be *** on this new configuration,a transflective LCD with high brightness and high contrast could be achieved.
