摘      要：正In this paper, we consider robust control problems in frequency domain from a new point of view. With this point, a new controller design method is given for robust control problems under both plant and controller perturbations, and some relations between quadratic stability and structured singular value synthesis theory are established. In addition, robust control problems with mixed uncertainties can be considered similarly.
