摘 要：Since the original description of the vascularized fibular bone graft by Taylor in 1979 and the fibular osteocutaneous flap by Zhong-Wei Chen in 1984,the fibula has become the optimal donor site for vascularized bone *** anatomy of the fibular osteocutaneous flap has become better defined;single(double-barrel) and multiple osteotomies(for mandible)are now routine;and transfer of the proximal fibular epiphysis has been demonstrated to maintain growth in children.
