摘      要:For the reason that the majority of temperature-controlled objects have the characteristics of big inertia, pure time-delay and nonlinearity, using the traditional PID control method is difficult to meet high accuracy need. Considering these characteristics, a new incremental PID controller, which is applied in capillary rheometer, is proposed in this paper. Experiments show that the proposed PID controller can obtain satisfactory control effects, easy to use, and it has a strong reference value for industry and scientific research.
