Celastrol induces apoptosis in human hepatocellular carcinoma Bel-7402 cells through both mitochondria- and Fas/FasL-mediated pathways

摘 要:Aims To elucidate whether celastrol,an active ingredient of the traditional Chinese medicinal plant Tripterygium Wilfordii,induces apoptosis in Bel-7402 cells and further to explore the underling molecular *** Bel-7402 cells were treated with celastrol at different *** viability of Bel-7402 cells was measured using the MTT assay.
