摘      要:Objective To evaluate the renoprotection effects of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(NSAIDs) in renal ischemia reperfusion injury(IRI),and the COX1/2 blockade association by Indomethacin(IMT) in mice ***:IMT were administrated after left renal pedicle is clamped at four doses of IMT(1,3,5 and 7 mg/kg) by intraperitoneal *** and kidney samples were collected 24 hours after ischemia reperfusion *** renal functions and the cytokines were assayed creatinine in the serum by using ELISA *** samples were analyzed by hematoxylin and eosin(HE) and immunohistochemistry staining. Results The mice administered with IMT(5mg/kg) had a marked reduction in serum creatinined and significantly less tubular *** tumor necrosis factor a(TNF- a) activity in renal homogenates and interleukin 6(IL-6) activity in serum had a marked reduction at doses of IMT(5,7mg/kg).The administrations of dosages(3,5mg/kg) had a marked reduction in the ratio of Thromboxane B2 to 6-keto Prostaglandin Fl *** 1 and 2 staining were weaker in IMT(7mg/kg) groups than the other ***:There was a dose-response on IMT function of renal ischemia reperfusion injury in mice,and IMT had a protective effect in a certain dose *** effects of IMT on mice ischemia reperfusion injury was related to COX 1 and 2 blockades.
