摘 要:Objective H1N1 2009 influenza viral infection was totally a new disease, and the differentiation between influenza A(H1N1) respiratory infection and community-acquired pneumonia(CAP) haven’t been done *** there are some studys made to use white blood cells(WBC), erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR) and C-reactive protein(CRP) in differentiating the viral and becteria etiologies of infection, especially for respiratory system, the diagnostic value of WBC, ESR,CRP between these two kinds of infection haven’t been analysed.A retrospective study was, therefore, undertaken to investigate the differential diagnostic role of WBC,ESR,CRP in patients with CAP and influenza A(H1N1) 2009 respiratory infection in respiratory system, and even more we evaluated the CRP guiding role as the course of disease changing.
