摘      要:Hormone types and concentrations for inducing dedifferentiation and redifferentiation of the hypocotyl、epicotyl and embryonic tip explants in azuki bean variety Jingnong 5 were *** results showed that 0.5mg/L thidiazuron(TDZ) is optimal than 2,4-D for inducing callus from both end of excised hypocotyls and epicotyls,and the rate of dedifferentiation was reached to 100%.The callus was green.5mg/L
