Molecular diversity of root associated fungi(RAF)colonizing the Xishuangbanna tropical rainforest

摘      要:正The diversity of root associated fungi(RAF) conlonizing Colebrookea oppositifolia and Pterospermum menglunense in primary forest,Osbeckia chinensis and Eurysolen gracilis in secondary forest of Xishuangbanna tropical rainforest was analyzed using the ITS rDNA genes. A total of 1945 were screened by restriction fragment length polymorphism(RFLP) with three restriction enzymes(Alu I,Hinf I,Msp I),and 595 RFLP patterns were selected and sequenced. RAF belonging to 17 orders in 4 subphyla were identified based on phylogenetic analysis of these *** those RAF,most endophytic fungi belong to the Ascomycetes and Basidiomycete and some endophytic fungi related to Sphaeropsidales,Dothideales,Agaricales, Tremellales,Glomerales have a common distribution and some taxa such as Mucorales, Lycoperdales are specific to habitats and host plants or even possibly ***∫-LIBSHUFF analysis revealed that the distinct RAF communities associated with the dominant plants of two *** the RAF species richness,diversity and community composition among the two habitats,intensive anthropogenic activities including fire,plantations,agriculture, commercial logging greatly affected not only the communities of the rainforest,but also their root associated fungi.
