Technology of High Blast Air Temperature for BF in Shougang Qian’an Iron and Steel Co Ltd

摘 要：High blast air temperature is an effective way for higher pulverized coal injection, energy saving and lower cost of BF operations. For the BF in Shougang Qian’an Iron and Steel ***, the hot blast air temperature is raised through optimization of hot blast stove structure, making use of simulation to ascertain optimal air-gas ratio and application of automatic control combustion of hot blast stove, etc. The hot blast air temperature was continuously increased. The hot blast air temperature was above 1260℃ in 2008, and the maximum temperature reached to 1280℃. By adjustment of the operating system, BF can assimilate high blast air temperature, the economical and technical indicators also climbed to a new level.
