摘 要：The development of logistics industry plays an important role in facilitating production,distribution and marketing,consequently increasing Gross Domestic Product（GDP）and providing serious global competitive advantages to a ***,as a landlocked country in South America,Brazil have the poorest logistics ***,it’s necessary to study the market-driven and logistic factors to promote the Bolivian’s economy *** this,this study aims on exploring/assessing the feasibility of sustainable Market-driven and logistic to find a financial aid accelerator for new railway lines through financial ***,four variables were evaluated and used to analyze their relationships with the Bolivian’s economy growth applied into the Railway project,those variables are Bolivian Population’s Perception（BPP）,Rail and Land Value（RLV）,New Source Financing Aid（NSFA）and New Management Program（NMP）.Then,a new method to find a financial project management aid accelerator for new railway lines through financial sustainability,without significantly increasing debts and accelerating a railway project was *** results show that the Bolivian’s market-driven and logistics have an unacceptable and questionable degree of relationship with the economy’s growth *** research can be used as a reference and technical foundation for Bolivian market and logistic system in order to understand the key perceived factors which affect the economy *** this document will contribute to enhance the Bolivian market and logistic,as well as a base literature contribute to future researches,providing recommendation to management.
